I am a Registered Social Worker in private practice with children, adolescents, and adults of all ages. I support clients experiencing challenges with life transitions, mental health, relationships, parenting, trauma, substance and behavioural addictions, suicidality and self-harm behaviours, emotion dysregulation, and neurodiversity.
Various theories and modalities are blended to best suit each client and delivered flexibly to meet ever-changing needs. My practice includes elements borrowed from Cognitive-Behaviour Therapy, Dialectical-Behaviour Therapy, Emotion-Focused Therapy, Schema Therapy, Trauma-Centred Therapy, Polyvagal Theory, Harm Reduction, and others.
