I work with a wide spectrum from healing to striving, from therapy to coaching. I see people's potential and assist them in deepening and expressing their truth. Sometimes healing needs to happen first (EMDR, Expressive arts, Somatic (Rolfing) CBT, Yoga). I value all dimensions of you: Cognitive, Emotional, Somatic, Interpersonal, Moral and Spiritual.
I believe that we all have shadows and blindspots, animal instincts and drives, too much attachment to our sense of self (our ego) and ultimately divine and wonderful loving capacities.
