I take the time to hear your story, explore the roots of your struggles and how it’s affecting you, and explore how to help you navigate through it. Together, we then create a plan that fits you, to help you regain a sense of hope, balance and vitality in life. Life is too short to be lived in significant distress, and sometimes we need a helping hand.
Whether you are looking to reduce emotional pain, create more meaningful relationships, develop new ways of coping, manage trauma, or find purpose, we will work together to help you get there. My aim is to make the therapy process safe and rewarding, while creating a warm, caring environment from the moment you step into my office - remotely or in person.
I work with adults aged 19 and up, striving to help them overcome their struggles as they navigate through difficult times. My approach is both transparent and collaborative and I'm always open any concerns or feedback that you may have. I am a firm believer in lifelong learning, and I am dedicated to carrying the knowledge I've acquired into my work.
