Assessment: I work with children (age 10+), adolescents, and adults for learning, attention, and mental health concerns. My goal is to help clients understand why they are experiencing areas of concern/challenge, identify strengths, and provide recommendations for strategies or supports to address areas of difficulty. I do not conduct assessments for court or legal purposes. Therapy: I provide individual therapy for adolescents (age 14+) and young adults related to anxiety/mood, adjusting to life stressors/transitions, managing emotions, and ADHD/executive functioning.
I have expertise in providing psychoeducational and mental health assessments for children/adolescents and adults related to concerns such as ADHD and learning challenges. The assessment process looks different depending on client age, context, and presenting concerns, so please contact us for more information. Please note: I do not provide ASD assessments.
Please feel free to reach out to learn more about the services I provide! It is helpful if you are able to provide a description of you current concerns so that we can determine if I may be a good fit to assist with the type of supports you are looking for.
