I work with preteens, adolescents, young adults, and their families to provide support to address areas of challenge. I collaborate with clients to find the approach that best fits with their needs and goals. This may include addressing unhelpful thinking patterns, developing strategies to cope with intense emotions, improving relationships with family or peers, or problem-solving barriers getting in the way of valued activities.
I have expertise in assisting youth in addressing various mental health difficulties, including anxiety, depression/low mood, and emotional dysregulation. I also provide psychoeducational and mental health assessment services for children and adolescents, related to concerns such as ADHD and learning challenges.
