Hello, I am currently welcoming new clients! I am passionate about supporting and empowering women, ages 19-90 with general coping and life stressors, transitions, ADHD, depression, sexuality, recovery from abuse and trauma, relationship issues, anxiety and more. My approach to encouraging your wellbeing, growth and healing is holistic, trauma-informed, strength-based, attachment-based and culturally humble. I offer Registered Clinical Counselling and Supervision in Chilliwack (Stó:lō) BC and online. Also, I am currently studying sex therapy and I now offer health, wellness and sexuality coaching for women, everywhere (online).
I offer a safe, inclusive, confidential and comfortable space for you to be seen, heard and appreciated as you are. I hold a deep respect for scientific evidence-based approaches, as well as, for creativity, compassion, authenticity and humour.
