My approach is based in relationality and is integrative, bringing together a variety of ways of doing therapy that focus on the relationship we have with oursevles, others, our work and the greater world. Many of my clients are helping professionals in healthcare, education, coaching and/or mental health fields.
I offer help understanding and integrating stress responses, anxiety, medical diagnosis and trauma, grief and traumatic grief, individual or systemic betrayal trauma, spiritual/religious/therapy exploitation and abuse, caregiver responsibilities, and identity and life transitions. I work from neurodiversity informed (gifted/2e) perspective.
I came to social work with 20+ years experience in closely related fields including outdoor education, holistic nutrtition, addictions, gender-based violence, and community hospice and bereavement.
