I have 20+ years of experience as a Child and Adolescent Therapist with a wide array of expertise in mental health issues. My commitment is to provide a therapeutic and non-judgmental space where healing can begin. I recognize that we do not live in isolation and connection to trusted supports is essential, therefore I aim to work collaboratively with the individual and their extended supports. I practice from a client-centered approach using fundamental principles from evidence-based treatment modalities. I place an emphasis on developing self awareness and adaptive coping strategies. I have completed training in CBT, DBT, Maudsley Family Therapy, Group Therapy and Trauma-Informed Therapy. I am also a Certified Play Therapist and Yoga Teacher.
