Hi! I’m Julie Myers and I am passionate about providing clients the space to feel seen and heard, creating the safety to process difficult emotions and experiences, related to trauma, depression, anxiety, chronic illness/injury and life stressors and changes. As a Registered Social Worker and Psychotherapist in Sault Ste. Marie, I have been dedicated to the fields of mental health, medical challenges and rehabilitation for more than 19 years. I offer both in person services in Sault Ste. Marie and virtual options across Ontario. I can't wait to explore innovative approaches to healing and well-being with you!

I'm committed to a compassionate, wholistic, individualized approach, as everyone’s healing process is unique. My background includes trauma-informed practice; Parts Work; DBT; ACT; CBT; Compassionate Inquiry and Safe&Sound Protocol, providing a blend of modalities to meet varying needs. Born and raised in the North, my love for the outdoors keeps me exploring year-round. I'm also passionate about music, travel and my doggo, finding joy in all of these things!
