I specialize in supporting women who have endured sexual assault or abuse, offering a space where your pain is acknowledged and your voice is heard. Together, we will work to gently separate your identity from the trauma, support you in areas where the trauma is affecting you, and help you rebuild your life with strength, resilience, and hope for the future.

In therapy, you can expect a collaborative approach where you are the expert in your life. We will explore the impacts of trauma, externalize the problem, and work towards crafting a new, empowering narrative. I will make sure you feel heard, understood, and supported throughout your healing. My approach is gentle, humble, and always centered on you.

At the end of therapy, my hope is that you will leave feeling empowered and having more confidence and peace. we will work towards building resilience.
