You might be carrying a lot — navigating identity, relationships, family expectations, or simply trying to exist in a world that doesn’t always feel safe for queer folks. Maybe you’re high-functioning on the outside, but inside you feel overwhelmed, anxious, or disconnected from yourself.
As a member of the 2SLGBTQ+ community, I offer a space where you don’t have to explain or defend who you are. Together, we’ll slow things down and explore what’s coming up for you — at your pace.
My approach is person-centered, relational, and grounded in Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), which means we’ll work with your emotions rather than against them.
I offer walk-and-talk sessions in nature for those who feel more at ease moving outdoors instead of sitting across from someone in an office. Being on a trail can make conversations feel more natural.
Whether you're exploring identity, navigating relationships, managing anxiety, or working through life transitions, I’m here to support you with warmth, curiosity, and respect. You can message to book or reach out for a free consult to see if we’re a good fit.
