She/Her/Hers
I believe people are the expert of their own lives and will work with you in accessing your own inner strength and knowledge. When people are living as their authentic selves, people will experience more joy, wellness and fewer symptoms associated with stress. I will support you in finding your inner strengths, develop new coping strategies and enrich your quality of life. My goal is to help you learn about your authentic self through learning techniques and coping strategies to help you live your best life and feeling empowered. I am offering video sessions only at this time.
I can help ease symptoms and build coping tools for anxiety, depression, trauma & PTSD, grief and loss, anticipatory grief, addictions, eating disorders, relationship issues, caregiver burnout, life transitions, and stress.
I believe being at peace is within everyone’s reach and I will work with you to find what you need to get there. I will work alongside you while you find clarity, connection and contentment in your life and relationships. I tailor each session to best suit your unique and individual needs that will leave you feeling heard and empowered.
