I'm a white, cisgender woman with lived experience of mental health challenges and body shame. I bring that insight and empathy to my work as a counsellor, offering a space grounded in openness, honesty, and genuine connection.
I work from a client-centred, anti-oppressive, and social justice-informed perspective. I walk alongside clients navigating disordered eating, self-worth, ADHD, anxiety, religious deconstruction, or the desire for change.
Together, we’ll build awareness, uncover insights, and move toward meaningful, lasting change. I support clients in getting unstuck, taking action, and creating space for new energy in their lives. I also offer accountability for those who need structure and encouragement to stay on track.
