I enjoy working with clients of all ages – children, teens, and adults – helping them navigate life’s challenges and transitions. My approach is informed by attachment theory and focuses on helping clients develop skills that foster strong, healthy relationships in every area of their lives. My areas of expertise include complex relationship dynamics, grief, anxiety and depression, marriage counselling, and parenting challenges – including the unique situations faced by foster and adoptive families. I also have extensive experience supporting military and RCMP members and veterans.
I provide counselling in Victoria, BC and virtually across BC and Alberta, using evidence-based approaches tailored to each client, including Gottman Therapy (Level 3), CBT, CPT, TBRI, Theraplay, and Circle of Security to support relationships, healing, and personal growth.
My goal is to work alongside clients to explore solutions, strengthen connections, and develop practical strategies that help them navigate life’s challenges, including guidance from a faith-informed perspective when desired.
