Therapy can be a transformative journey, one that holds the potential to foster feelings of radical acceptance and self-compassion, cultivate a sense of inner peace, and provide healing and care to each and every part of you. Developing awareness of yourself and your relationships can often be the first step toward creating change. Together, we'll identify your strengths, explore patterns that may be holding you back and give space to those deeper parts of you that have longed to be seen and understood. We will also work through any events or self-talk that may be creating distress or keeping you stuck.

In our sessions, expect a warm, non-judgmental space filled with curiosity and even at times humour. While I work with a variety of issues, I specialize in supporting individuals and couples with relationship issues, addictions and mood disorders. I am trained in multiple therapy approaches and will tailor our work to meet your individual needs.

As a therapist who is also deeply human, I admire the strength it takes to move through complex life challenges and work towards healing.
