My approach is direct but gentle, validating your experience and emotion while acknowledging your impact. There are no stupid questions in therapy and I welcome your curiosity and imperfection! Through our work together, my clients have described finding an ability to connect with themselves and their chosen relationships with more openness and ease. I am a queer and trans-affirming counsellor and always welcome discussion on cultural and intersectional experiences.
In session, you and I will work together to explore the challenges in your life and uncover patterns that might need shifting. Therapy with me will include both learning about the brain, and noticing emotions in the body as a way to encourage more connection between head and heart.
