Groups
Online Domestic Violence Recovery Group

If you have left an abusive intimate partner relationship, group therapy can be a beneficial and healing experience for you. Connecting with other women with lived experience with IPV can be healing and transformative in a way that one to one therapy is not able to provide. In addition to the peer support available, this group also provides robust psycho-educational materials to support your healing journey. If you would like more information, please contact me as the number of participants for each cohort is limited.
