| Français My therapeutic style is based on the idea that we are fundamentally social beings who crave deep and meaningful connections. Safe and secure relationships and deep connection can bring healing qualities in one's life. I emphasize the importance of our therapeutic relationship to facilitate healing and change.
I am a client-centred therapist, trained in somatic experiencing and other evidence-based approaches. I work in collaboration with my clients and utilize an integrative approach to explore the connection between mind and body to target thoughts, behaviours and emotions.
I provide a safe, nonjudgmental, and secure space with warmth, compassion, and empathy to facilitate self-exploration with the aim of increasing self-awareness and gaining meaningful insights. I maintain a holistic understanding of human functioning and I trust in our own innate capacity for healing.
I offer a free consultation to those who have questions or want to connect to assess fit prior to the first appointment.
