| Français My therapeutic style is based on the idea that we are fundamentally social beings who crave deep and meaningful connections. Safe and secure relationships and deep connection can bring healing qualities in one’s life. I emphasize the importance of our therapeutic relationship to facilitate healing and change. In session, I take a collaborative stand with my clients and I incorporate mind, body, and spirit in our work together while using evidence-based approaches to target thoughts, behaviours, and emotions. I maintain a holistic view on human functioning and consider all parts that make us who we are.
I am client-centred and I adjust my style and interventions based on my client’s needs and objectives. I provide a safe, nonjudgmental, and secure space with warmth, compassion, and empathy to facilitate self-exploration with the aim of increasing self-awareness and gaining meaningful insights.
