Like many people, you may feel lost and suffer from struggles relating to your sense of identity; you may struggle to maintain a romantic relationship or friendships or manage work relationships. You may be trying to break cycles, acting out impulsively and feeling at the mercy of overwhelming feelings. I am experienced in helping people shift their existing patterns, to help them to better understand themselves.

I know that early life experiences shape our personalities and relationships. My therapeutic approach always takes into account unconscious processes, or what blind spots can help or hinder therapy.

Being originally from Brazil, I carry an understanding of multicultural perspectives. I am fluent in both Portuguese and English. Therapy, too, requires a leap of faith, an act of profound courage and hope that can be very difficult when we are at our most vulnerable.
