Hello! I count it a great honour and privilege to walk alongside others as they journey through difficult pieces. My hope and goal in working with my clients is to create a safe space for exploration so that together we can go to the deep places where they might be feeling stuck. I love working with my clients strengths and firmly believe each person has strengths that can help them move towards the change they'd like to experience.
I work with all types of people; but since I have a degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, I have been trained to work with one or more people in the room (families, couples, and individuals). I specifically have lots of experience working with families (parenting issues and with adult children), as well as couples and trauma/abuse victims.
So whether it be depression and anxiety, self-esteem issues and parenting crises, or the need for a safe space to reflect, please feel free to reach out and see if I am a good fit for you or your loved one. I am happy to provide a free 20 min consultation for this very purpose, and I look forward to hearing from you!
