My therapy focuses include anxiety/ stress/ burnout, developmental and intergenerational trauma and family/relationship dynamics. I have a particular passion for supporting Asian individuals who want to explore the unique cultural impacts of Asian cultures on one's mental health. In our work together, I strive to create a warm, safe and nonjudgmental space where you can explore the roots of your current struggles and challenges. I am passionate about integrating all parts of one's life including cultural influences, family dynamics, personal identity, interests, and aspirations.
With this, we can work together to uncover pathways towards greater fulfillment, confidence, joy, and clarity. My approach is to help individuals piece together the puzzle of their past, present, and future. This process allows for reducing stigma and shame, deeper self-awareness and understanding the origins of our difficulties and traumas.
Along the way, we will develop practical skills to cope with life’s challenges in healthier ways. I believe in offering kindness to those struggling to find the kind voices within themselves. You don’t have to carry everything alone. I’m here to join you in exploring ways to heal and grow. I invite you to schedule a free consultation to learn more!
