I will work with you to create goals, challenge you to meet them, and celebrate your progress. My approach is tailored to each client’s individual needs and I tend to use an eclectic approach, drawing from multiple modalities such as DBT, CBT, SFT, ACT, EFT, and psychodynamic theory.
As a neurodiverse, LGBTQIA2S+ therapist, my top priority is creating a safe space that allows clients to present authentically (no need to mask!). As a lifelong resident of Northern, Ontario, I have a thorough understanding and appreciation of the unique and challenging circumstances that come with living in rural/northern communities.
