Hi there! My name is Julia (she/her), and I am a master’s level practicum student with a penchant for diving deep into the many complexities of life. Personhood brings with it many non-black-and-white experiences that can sometimes be difficult to navigate on our own, especially when we are required to traverse the metaphorical grey for answers, closure, and (most importantly) healing. I largely work within the Internal Family Systems framework: an evidenced-based modality that makes space for deeper healing work in a system that often renders us as disembodied minds and thoughts.

My approach to therapy is grounded in the belief that we all possess capacity for navigating this greyness and finding wholeness; sometimes though, we just need a little help in charting our course. With that, it is my mission to be your co-navigator in your journey toward healing. I offer my curiosity, empathy, and knowledge of trauma-informed modalities.
