I bring a trauma-informed lens to counselling to help you work through tricky moments from the past and present that we may or may not be entirely aware of. I have a person-centred approach, which means that I work collaboratively with you, at your own pace.
I aim to be a non-judgmental listener, walking alongside you, facing anything from fears, shame, self-loathing, and other challenges to find greater self-acceptance and ease. I aim to facilitate your search for personal meaning, life, and relationship goals through various therapeutic techniques including narrative therapy, mindfulness, and EMDR.
