Therapy provides a space to explore the challenges that arise in your world and build healthy coping skills to buffer any negativity that comes your way.

Getting to really know my clients is everything to me! I work to help you strengthen your relationships, navigate life’s transitions, and develop a healthier sense of self. I support individuals with eating disorders, anxiety, depression, and family conflict. I draw from Emotion Focused, CBT, DBT, FBT and mindfulness approaches.
