Join our "Better Together" Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) group, a 6-week online program designed for individuals over the age of 18 who are struggling with anxiety. Through experiential learning, self-compassion, and writing, you’ll find support in a caring community on Tuesday afternoons, starting May 2025 (time & dates to be confirmed based on participant availability), for a total cost of $300 ($50 per session), which may be covered by insurance and facilitated by Julia Sage MSW, RSW.
