I have worked in the mental health field in various roles for over 7 years and indirectly for over 15. I have experience with a variety of issues including addiction, divorce and separation, anxiety, depression, family struggles, couple relationship challenges, ADHD, schizoaffective disorder, life transitions, intimate partner violence, trauma, suicidal ideation, and historical child sexual abuse. My wish is for you to find joy, peace, a sense of control over your life and an improved relationship with yourself and others.
I offer you a space that is free of judgement where you are able to express yourself freely and be authentic. I am EMDR and EMDR recent event trained and pull from a variety of approaches to support your journey and goals. I am Gottman level 1 trained for couples work. I also lead group EMDR sessions.
I aim to include laughter in our sessions and to provide you with the space to be authentic. This is when we truly see success; when you can truly be you and we can openly discuss your main concerns. I am open to feedback as well. If something isn't working, let me know and we will go for a different approach.
