Hello and welcome! Seeking therapy can be overwhelming, so let me share a little about myself to help you determine whether I might be a good fit for you. I strive to help my clients feel more like themselves and connect to a sense of meaning and fulfillment in their lives. The world and systems we operate within are incredibly difficult, and I hope to support my clients in living more authentically alongside their various responsibilities. I work with clients ages 13+ navigating life transitions and anxiety, neurodivergence, inter-cultural, relational, identity, LGBTQIA2S+, long-distance relationships, and self-esteem challenges.
My goal in counselling is to support you through an integrative, harm-reductive, sex-positive, existential, and person-centred approach where you are the expert in your own life. Our time together would be collaborative and informed by your goals, boundaries, diversity, and expertise on your lived experiences.
If it sounds like we may be a good fit during this season of your life, please do not hesitate to contact me with any questions or concerns you may have. I currently have both virtual availability and a short in-person waitlist for clients, and I look forward to hearing from you!
