Hello and welcome! Seeking therapy can feel overwhelming, so allow me to share about myself to help you determine whether I might be a good fit for you. I strive to help my clients feel more like themselves and connect to a sense of meaning and fulfillment in their lives. The world and systems of oppression we operate within are incredibly difficult, and I support my clients in living more authentically alongside their various responsibilities. I work with clients ages 13+ navigating life transitions and anxiety, neurodivergence, intercultural, relational, identity, LGBTQIA2S+, relationship, and self-esteem challenges.

My goal is to support you through an integrative, harm-reductive, sex-positive, existential, and person-centred approach where you are the expert in your own life. Our time together would be collaborative and relational, and informed by your goals, boundaries, diversity, and expertise on your lived experiences.
