I welcome older children (aged 11+), youth, and adults to my practice. Through discussion or creative process, we carve out a space to hear from your voice of awareness, and from there, identify its needs and goals. From stuck habits to difficult relationship dynamics, we can identify parts of your life that both are and are not serving you; so as to strengthen the parts of you that nurture the more positive aspects, while working to better understand and manage the aspects that may be holding you back. Through a blend of psychodynamic, trauma-informed, and humanistic approaches, we honour and explore your identity and its roles.
No two lived experiences are the same, and I value offering a person-centered approach that honours the diversity of our lives. Clients can better understand how their attachment style impacts and informs current relationships, while learning how their nervous system and its capacity to regulate with life's stressors may be impacting their habits and mood.
Our aim is to build a relationship with who you are to yourself: and discover the ways it comes up against who you are to others and the world around you. Together we stay curious and open to what you’re comprised of. Through presence and trust, we identify your inner-knowing and your patterns of contradiction, and develop a sense of self you wish to claim.
