It is difficult for women/men/youth to have healthy self image, trust and confidence after experiencing disappointments/trauma. I understand children, adolescents, & adults going through depression, anxiety, fears, and trauma or families and couples trying to understand each other and build meaningful love connections. There is confusion in today's society, parents and their children/youth struggle, and men & women struggle to develop healthy relationships with themselves and others and tap into their resilience. I have worked in US for 17 years and Canada for 10 years in different settings, hospital, residentials and schools.

I have interest and passion to help individuals build meaningful relationships. I am trained in Structural Family Therapy, Play-Therapy, EFT & Attachment therapies such as Theraplay and DDP. Other trainings: Prolonged Exposure, Trauma Practice, Polyvagal/Compassion Fatigue Therapy, Group Therapy, Parenting skills, Supervision.

There is not need to suffer with insecurities, conflicts or mental illness. There are many resources that can help parents, children, youth and adults. My spiritual background helps me relate to people's suffering with compassion and professionalism. I learned to empower those who struggle. Short term/long term psychotherapy could be of great help/asses.

Teen Matters!

Life could be demanding & stressful for youth. Social situations like bullying, family challenges like moving, divorce, and grief, and medical/learning challenges like, chronic illness, ADHD/Depression/Anxiety/Trauma or learning disabilities affect the social development of youth. Teen Matters will provide a non judgmental space for teens to be themselves and feel accepted/appreciated. Teens will learn coping/communication skills to relate to parents/teachers/friends. A combination of attachment/Psychodynamic therapy will help members to discover themselves, develop their potential and safely connect with people. Through fun activities and conversations, teens will love themselves/others and be hopeful.
