I work with individuals, and couples, and offer a free consultation to see if I am the right therapist to support you on this journey. To me, expressing and uncovering needs and creating boundaries are an imperative practice in therapy. I hold an anti-oppressive stance, so that you can feel validated and safely explore your experiences.
I am a marriage and family therapist and enjoy working towards healthy relationships. My Master’s degree focused on building relationships, attachment, overcoming conflict, and ruptures of trust. I have received additional training in working with trauma, and have a strong passion in promoting regulation of emotions and creating individualized strategies.
