My areas of focus include depression, anxiety, emotion dysregulation, stress, and trauma. My therapeutic approach is integrative and client-centered, drawing from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behaviour Thearpy (DBT). I am also familiar with trauma-focused treatments such as Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT). I am licensed to practice in South Korea and am currently completing supervised practice in Ontario, Canada, under the supervision of Dr. Shona Tritt.

I am deeply committed to understanding cognitive and emotional processes that contribute to depression and anxiety. I draw on both my research and broader scientific knowledge to provide thoughtful, evidence-based care for adults experiencing emotional distress.
