With over 30 years of experience, I’ve had the privilege of working with people of all ages and from all walks of life. No matter your background or where you’re at in life, I’m here to support you on your journey towards healing and growth. I am fully licensed Registered Social Worker with the Alberta College of Social Workers, and have Interjurisdictional licenses (IJE) to support clients in Ontario, Manitoba, and Saskatchewan.

My focus is to help individuals understand what is getting in the way of having a healthy and peaceful life. I am fully trained in CBT, CPT, MI, ACT and EFT for couples.

It can make you feel vulnerable to share your story with a stranger yet it can be tough to manage life's struggles alone. It is through the sharing that we build inner strength.
