Specializing in children, youth, adults, anxiety, depression relationship issues and mental health challenges, I primarily work from a CBT, DBT, Trauma Informed, and Mindfulness Approach. My services are tailored to fit the unique needs of each individual. I practice from a genuine, compassionate and culturally responsive approach.
Getting started and reaching out to a therapist can be intimidating and scary. To make sure we are a good fit, we'll start with a free 30 min phone consultation. I strive to be approachable, welcoming and patient when I support others navigate challenges, problems and societal demands. No waitlist. Extended Health Coverage Accepted.
