I have witnessed hundreds of people in recovery from addiction, childhood trauma, codependency, personal and systemic trauma, in a variety of individual and group processes. Also drawing from in-depth personal experience with each of the interventions I offer, I have a warm and easy way of meeting you exactly where you are.
For each client, I integrate an authentic blend of experiential, clinical and communication-based approaches including principles and tools from Systemic Constellations, Nonviolent Communication, Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP), and 12-step work. I am also certified in regressive, transpersonal hypnotherapy, for the resolution of trauma and life patterns.
Whether you may simply seek a safe place to figure out what’s next, a richer experience of life or relationship, or you are ready to dive in deeply to the root of a recurring issue, the session space supports you to explore and inquire, speak out loud, unpack and reconnect.
