My practice serves individuals struggling from the weight of trauma, chronic stress, illness, grief, or difficulty in relationships who are tired of feeling anxious, disconnected, or overwhelmed and who are ready to invite clarity, direction and a deeper sense of harmony into their lives. Through our connected, curious, and nonjudgmental therapeutic space individuals can untangle inner experiences and gain the insight needed to live more fully — with greater confidence, emotional balance, and meaningful connection to self and others.
Since 2013 I've supported individuals in building strength and resilience around past experiences and to discover a renewed sense of personal empowerment. I use arts-based interventions and evidence-based approaches such as EMDR and CBT, but honour that each person has a unique path towards growth and can meet clients in their individual healing process.
