My vocation and passion is to assist couples, individuals and families to use the challenges they experience as an opportunity for growth. The goal in therapy is to explore the root causes of adversity and success so there is mindfulness regarding clear goal setting; this will contribute to balance and harmony in your life. Over the past 29 years my personal life and work with clients have taught me that we are all challenged by trust and emotional intimacy issues. I am passionate about empowering others to design vibrant relationships and lives.
Certified training in Imago Relationship Therapy has afforded me an effective tool to use toward facilitating healthy bonding and communication in your relationships. If you struggle with anxiety, abuse, trauma, PTSD or depression, EMDR is a recognized effective tool for processing and healing.
