Are you Looking for a support group to help you manage your low mood and fluctuations in anxiety. Are you feeling alone and want to be with others to discuss ways to improve your mood? This process group will provide an educational component about mental health issues such as anxiety and depression and allow group members to talk about their concerns in a supportive environment. We will also discuss evidence-based interventions to help improve your mood and exchange ideas of how to maintain our mental health wellness. This group will start when we have a minimum of six group members.
