About
There are times that each of us may struggle with life difficulties and managing our own emotions which can often lead to increased worry, decreased motivation, and dissatisfaction. Reaching out for support can be the hardest step in beginning to work towards your goals. It can feel overwhelming to open up to someone about your emotions, thoughts and areas of concern.
My hope is to create a safe and supportive environment free of judgment and encourage enlightening and motivating conversations with my clients. We will work together to create a treatment plan that can assist with working through life challenges and becoming the best version of yourself. I offer a free 15 minute consultation to discuss how I can help.
During our sessions I will provide a safe space to discuss your thoughts and emotions and provide concrete skills that you can apply to assist with managing your own emotions, establishing meaningful connections with others and living a more mindful life. I look forward to working with you on your own journey to a more fulfilling life.

Book Club Therapy
Book club therapy provides a supportive environment to explore thoughts and emotions and the impact they have on our lives through the conversations sparked from literary pieces. We take the support and enjoyment of book club and integrate therapeutic discussions and skill building throughout our weeks together. This is a great opportunity to build new relationships while also exploring the relationship with ourselves through the power of language.
