I work with clients with anxiety, depression, and trauma history. I support clients through use of evidence-based practices to find relief for many common symptoms, such as lack of motivation, overwhelm, burnout, stress, and low-mood. Together we will work to reduce your symptoms, and support you in achieving your goals, which often leave you feeling stuck or overwhelmed.
Using evidence-based approaches including CBT, EMDR & Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) I help clients reduce the intensity of their symptoms, and develop practical coping strategies. Together, we work toward helping you feel safer, more present, and more connected to yourself and the people who matter
