They might want better emotional regulation, help sorting out painful memories, healing from trauma, help finding direction and passion in life, help with communication or connecting in their relationships, or something else entirely. They want to talk to someone about what has happened to them so that they can move to a healthier place in life. I love working with couples, entrepreneurs, pastors, veterans, and many others.
I can help by collaboratively sorting out the complicated feelings, memories, and experiences you have had. We can get to the root of what has made you feel and behave the way you do so that you can change and live the life you want.
