As a Registered Psychotherapist, I work primarily with children, adolescents, and young adults who are struggling with anxiety, OCD, fears, or phobias. I aim to create a space where clients feel understood, supported, and equipped with practical tools to manage their challenges. In addition to my work with anxiety and OCD, I also support clients experiencing low mood, anger, grief and loss, eating-related concerns, or social and relationship challenges. I have a special interest in working with neurodivergent children and youth, including those on the autism spectrum.
My approach is collaborative and evidence-based, drawing on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP). I tailor therapy to meet each person’s unique needs and goals.
I hold a Master of Arts in Education: Counselling Psychology from the University of Ottawa. I practice under the supervision of clinical psychologist Dr. Julian Caza at Queensview Professional Services. I provide both in-person sessions in Belleville, Ontario, and virtual sessions across Ontario, and currently have space for new clients.
