As a therapist, I see my role as someone who walks alongside you, never telling you how to feel, but helping you explore how life experiences shape our feelings and worldview. Through this, I aim to support you to navigate the world with greater confidence and insight into yourself.
My office is a judgment-free space, and along with active listening, I apply Narrative Therapy and Motivational Interviewing techniques to help you explore your emotions and personal stories. As we build trust, we can also expand our toolbox as I use other modalities, including IFS, ACT, CBT, Spiritual Care, and Mindfulness, to help you reach your goals.
