I provide generalist psychotherapy for concerns such as anxiety, depression, relationships, and self-esteem, and I also offer sex therapy focused on sexual agency, intimacy, desire, and identity. My practice is LGBTQ+-affirmative, with extensive clinical and research experience working with gay men. I work collaboratively, with care and curiosity, to help clients feel understood and supported in their personal growth.
My goal is to provide a safe, non-judgmental space where you can explore and overcome the barriers that keep you from fully enjoying life. Together, we’ll work on these challenges using a therapeutic approach that blends psychodynamic and systemic perspectives.
