Hello, my name is Josee. I work with children and provide support for a variety of challenges, including parenting concerns, divorce or separation, anxiety, social issues, school-related difficulties, grief and loss, ADHD, high-functioning autism, and emotional regulation. Additionally, I offer counselling to adults in the areas of EMDR trauma therapy, grief therapy, and cognitive behavioral therapy for insomnia (CBTi).
I use an integrated approach, focusing on attachment and emotional processing while incorporating various techniques to suit each individual. Children engage best through play, so I incorporate games and activities in my child sessions.
