NIHB provider. Each and every person that has crossed my path has their own unique life journey, and so needs a unique approach to building tools to move through them. My neuro, gender inclusive therapeutic approach is to gain understanding of who you are and your concerns, and work together to explore tools and solutions unique to you. My focus is on creating space where folx can build their skills in an open and judgment-free environment, where you know you best and I'm here to offer support and guidance. I have extensive experience working with 2SLGBTQ+ youth and adults, and with ENM and polyamory communities.
My experience includes supporting clients with gender identity (HRT & GRS support letters), coming out, trauma/PTSD, neurodiversity, and domestic violence. I use a variety of therapeutic styles, such as somatic experiencing, ACT, DBT, mind/body connection, dance movement therapy and many more. I am trained to support clients experiencing trauma/dissociation.
Reaching out for help can be one of the hardest things we do, however, it opens the door endless possibilities for healing. If you have questions about your counselling needs and if my approach is a fit for you, I offer 20 mins free consultations. My office is at 900 Guelph Street in Kitchener and I offer in-person and video sessions.
