Using a non-judgmental psycho-dynamic approach to understand yoursel with your circumstances, that led you to the current situation. I work to rebuild your own self-esteem, make you stronger and will give you the right instruments to face life and adversities. I can speak bilingual English and Spanish.
The psychodynamic approach tries to adapt the principles of psychoanalysis to the context of modern psychotherapy. Its objective is that the patient will know his true self; for what it is necessary an in-depth analysis of the personality by putting greater focus on the current problems of the person. For certain specific consultation I also work with CBT.
I also work with a Psychosomatic approach, to help you deal with illnesses (Allergies, bowel discomfort, digestive issues, breathing diseases) with a treatment focused on recognizing emotions. Working with the stress, we can reduce the recurrence of the episodes understanding emotions, and learn how to cope with them.
