My approach is grounded in psychodynamic therapy, which allows us to gently explore how past experiences, relationships, and patterns may be influencing your thoughts, emotions, and behaviours today.
By developing greater self-awareness and understanding, we can make sense of patterns that may no longer serve you and create space for new ways of coping, connecting, and moving forward.
