As a teacher of yoga, Ayurvedic health counsellor, therapist and an ever-evolving student of life, I have more than 8 years of experience serving the public in a variety of roles as well as settings. My unique offerings embody a multitude of healing arts, including traditional therapeutic counselling, Ayurvedic medicine, yoga, and somatic/body-focused therapy. My career and educational endeavours are inspired by my own healing journey which included an integrative approach of Eastern and Western modalities.
As an Ayurvedic practitioner, I support women in the following areas: headaches and migraines, pain, digestive issues, bowel problems, energy/fatigue, eyes, ears, sight, hearing, hair and skin, acne, allergies, sleep disturbances, addiction, anxiety, overwhelm, and stress, trauma/PTSD.
Ayurveda is not only a holistic system of healing, it’s a lifestyle. And because I live it, I know how to adapt this ancient, complex science to a modern woman's life. It’s an honour to be able to share this with you. Ayurveda is dear to my heart and even if we haven’t met yet, you are too. You deserve to feel well and live a vibrant, long, & healthy life.
